Mischo Beauty: Stella Eau de Parfum Roll-On

So my friend and I went on an excursion to Sephora the other day (thanks Nobie!), and as much as I'm in denial about the onset of fall next month, I was actually there to check out the fall makeup collections. Well temptation seemed to settle in at checkout- you see that's where you'll find bins of deluxe samples of just about everything you could possibly want.

I couldn't resist the Stella Eau de Parfum Roll-On. The scent took my breath away- excuse me, but not only mine, but my friend fell in love with it too! The fragrance's top notes are rose, peony flower, mandarin, rose absolute and amber. I think it's the perfect blend of sweet and sexy- and yes, we both had to have it!

Mischo Beauty Covers Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week: Barbie Runway Show/#NYFW

For those of you who may not have known, Barbie turned 50 this year- and in honor of her birthday, fifty designers were asked to design outfits for the Barbie runway show which took place yesterday at the Bryant Park tents.

I've included a few of my favorite looks, beginning with the Catherine Malandrino Barbie (I'm pretty sure this is Shelby Coleman modeling this look-love her!)...

She was a favorite as well, love the belt!

Christian Louboutin designed the hot pink pumps (Pantone 219 Pink) and stated, "Barbie needs to wear great shoes because every girl needs to wear great shoes." I agree- LOVE those shoes!

"Barbie, now celebrating her 50th birthday, is getting a new Stila color cosmetics line this spring, and the makeup company also will serve as the cosmetics sponsor for Mattel's first Barbie runway show during New York Fashion Week next month.

The collection features four Decades of Beauty cans, each $40, with a booklet inside describing the beauty and fashion wardrobes for each doll.

Foxy Doll:
Depicts the African-American Barbie launched in 1980, includes a Lip Glaze called Foxy, mascara and a compact with two eye shadows and a cheek color.

#1 Ponytail Doll:
Celebrates the first Barbie, launched in 1959. It includes a red lipstick called Ponytail, a liquid eyeliner and a three-pan paper-wrapped compact with two eye shadows and a cheek color.

Malibu Barbie:
Highlights the doll of the same name that launched in 1971, has a pale pink Lip Glaze called Malibu, a black mascara and a compact with two eye shadows and a bronzer.

Jewel Doll:
Based on the 2000 Barbie of the same name and includes a bright pink Lip Glaze called Jewel, a Multi-Effect mascara and a compact with two eye shadows and a cheek color."
