The capsules are formulated with vitamins E, B6, thiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, biotin and zinc- which all contribute to the health of your hair, skin and nails. They also contain millet oil (yes, another oil!), which contributes to hair, skin and nail rejuvenation. Of course, supplements aren't a substitute for a balanced diet- oh, and don't expect to see results overnight (may take at least 3 -6 months). I definitely think these are worth trying- you may learn more here.
And by the way, tell us about your favorite hair/skin/nail supplement!

I believe that photo is the actress Zoe Saldana...
I tried these and I liked them!
My esthetician just recommended Millet Oil (and dietary changes) to improve the condition of my skin!
I also take biotin supplements, flax seed oil and I've tried GliSODin advanced daily formula (with Hyaluronic Acid)
These sound like good to me.Yes supplements for skin that is badly damaged helps sometimes. But best to try a good diet first.
