This is my weekly check-in, and I have a few goodies I'd like to share. First, the green powder pictured above is spirulina, and a friend suggested that I add it to my green smoothies. I haven't yet though, because it's been too cold for smoothies this week! Also, I had an opportunity to try EBOOST - and while I love the concept, I'm not a fan of the taste. I've also tried Sparking ICE and loved the Black Raspberry flavor! It's free of caffeine and calories, but does contain Splenda. And lastly, check out WebMD's "Taking 10,000 Steps a Day May Lower Diabetes Risk"... have you purchased a pedometer yet?

Where can I get the spirulina powder you have in the picture. I think I might want to add that to my green smoothie. I've heard that spirulina is supposed to be good for your hair.
To Shalon: Yes, it's great for so many things. I picked mine up from Blue Nile, but I think you can order it from Vitacost.com.
