Beautiful hair needs an expert: Carol's Daughter Hair Milk

I guess I'm still mourning the end of "Girlfriends" (yes, another post with Tracee Ellis Ross) - cancelled without a proper finale, a proper farewell. I'm left not knowing if "Joan Carol Clayton" played by Tracee Ellis Ross, ever finds her true love...but such is Hollywood. At any rate, I love Tracee Ellis Ross' hair! It always looks so healthy and full of life- and because she wears it natural, she easily transitions from full, curly styles to straight, sleek looks.

To keep her hair thoroughly moisturized, I suggest Carol's Daughter Hair Milk. It contains soy oil, sweet almond oil, cocoa butter and lemongrass oil which all work to condition, strengthen, moisturize, soften and protect the hair. I'm also recommending the Rosemary Mint Herbal Shampoo because it conditions and detangles and the Mimosa Hair Honey for it's ability to control frizzy hair and add shine.

Have you tried Carol's Daughter products?

I simply love Carol Daughter's Hair Milk. It is a must have for me. The price keeps me from using it as often as I'd like, but it is a staple product of mine. I doesn't weigh my hair down yet mositurizes my hair quite nicely. And the scent is really suttle and nice.

To "MakeupByRenRen": You should seriously consider getting this for him, especially if he has dry hair! I think it's worth the investment. :)

Yes, and the smell of lemongrass is so strong that I have never been able to use the product after the first try. I also don't find it to be that moisturizing. But different products works for different hair types. I love Jane Carter products.

To "Mareesa": Hey girl!! I can totally agree w/ different products working for different hair types- that is the truth!

For example, everyone I know looooves the Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment, but I can't get past the smell- though it works well, I still won't continue using it because of the smell...

Also, thanks for mentioning Jane Carter products- I need to write a post - I know many who love her products as well! :)

I loved Carol's Daughter Hair Milk, and still do but due to the price and because of my massive amount of curly hair I had to switch to using Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship Leave-in as my moisturizer, Hair Milk is totally lovely though! I miss it!

To "Anonymous": Well I'm glad to hear that it works for you. Sounds like you run through a bottle very quickly! There's nothing wrong with having a back-up product you love as well- especially with this economy! :)

I love the Carol's Daughter Hair Milk. I only use it after I wash my hair on damp hair. I've used straight honey from the jar, too sticky, I'll try the Mimosa Hair Honey!

To Linda: Good to hear that... the Mimosa Hair Honey is great for controlling frizz and it adds shine. A former stylist of mine used to apply it to my hair after blow-drying and before flat ironing- but just remember- a little goes a long way!

Thanks for stopping by. :)

Yes I LOVE this product! I used this when I used to wear my hair natural curly in my "natural" hair phase which I unfortunately got impatient and grew out of. I relaxed it and now wearing it straight again. But this is a GREAT product for curly hair it just makes your hair look and smell fantastic
