Mischo Beauty Extra: Dream On by Sinful Colors

I'm like a child in a candy store when I'm at the beauty supply store. I only needed two mannequin heads for the advanced cutting and coloring classes I'm taking this week and I still managed to leave the store with two sets of eyelashes, nail files, nail buffers and four bottles of nail polish! I chose Dream On by Sinful Colors because it's the prettiest purple-fuschia nail polish I've ever seen! And- it's toluene, formaldehyde, DBP and camphor free. Oh, and at $2.69 I couldn't resist. It only took two coats to achieve the color in the bottle, but the finish is flat when dry. You definitely need a top coat to add shine.

What do you think?

I bought the blue teal one earlier this summer after seeing a bottle of Revlong just like it for more than twice the price. I even got it with a really light shimmery pink in a BOGO at Walgreens. I then went home and made teal polka dot toenails, that I loved! Such fun colors. :)

I'm loving that fuschia/purple color! And that teal is on point too! Which beauty supply store did you go to? Maybe they have some of these colors at my beauty supply store? :) *Crosses fingers*

I have that color too!! But I was saving it for the fall. It does dry flat which is odd. It's great on you though!!!

Anjela-I got mine at Walgreens. They have Sinful Colors too. Hopes this helps.:)

I love Sinful polishes! They have such a diverse color range. And if you ever need a cheap super glossy black creme, theirs can't be beat.

To "Anjela @ BlaqVixenBeauty": LOL! You know you're the one that started these "nail polish color of the weekend" posts! ;) I am having fun with them!

Well I bought them from two beauty supply stores on Rhode Island Ave in DC- but I think they sell Sinful at Walgreens, Longs, Eckerd, Ulta, Kmart, etc...

To "Anonymous": Thank you! The shoes are Kate Spade - I think I bought them about 3-4 years ago. I love them, but I hardly ever wear them...

Okay, you are so my kind of girl. When i was a broke college student, I always purchased Sinful cosmetics from my local beauty supply store. Wow! Thank you for reminding me of how great this line is. I am making a trip to the Beauty Supply this weekend!

Ok I bought dream on because it seriously glowed in the bottle. It did need some shine so I put a top clear coat on it and then my Mom did hers and I don't know if it's just us but some times it looks really dark purple and sometimes it's light...has anyone else had that happen with this color?
