Mischo Beauty Challenge Update: "A Healthy, Sexy & Beautiful 2011"

I have this tiny confession to make, well it's actually a big deal and I'm embarrassed. You see I have this slight addiction to Diet Coke (booooooo!) and I'm determined to get over it. It's a bad addiction, believe me, I know! And with as much water as I drink, you'd think it would be the last thing that I reached for, but it's not. So in an effort to get over it and move on, I've been drinking Perrier. You get the carbonation and fizz, without the rest of the bad stuff. Give me thirty days - I'm determined to win!

I had a SEVERE Cherry Coke & Diet Coke addiction for a few years. I was drinking one or both almost daily. I stopped cold turkey after reading how unhealthy pop is. I still crave Cherry Coke so I do allow myself one or two a year but other than that I have kind of kicked my Coke addiction.

Good Luck! I'm rooting for you. Does Perrier have any benefits and does it have any calories? I need to up my water intake as well. And I'd like some options. I know that nothing replaces pure natural water, but in my mind, if I can reach for something else & have my 64 oz of H2O I think I'm doing something. LOL!
Wishing you the best!

To Anonymous: Thank you. And no, no nutritional benefits that I know of... the carbonation kinda reminds you of soda, that's all. ;)

Like you said, nothing can replace pure natural water! :)

To Kim {The Stylish Life}: I actually haven't had the addiction for years, just recently, really... It's crazy because you think you're doing something good with the zero calories and zero sugar, but you really aren't...

I have been soda free since the beginning of the year and have never felt better. I also drink seltzer water when I want something with a little fizzz...
