I too am a HUGE Nia Long fan, she's my girl crush, LOL! She is ALWAYS fab and it's unbelievable she's almost 40!
I think it's both...genes and maintenance! Add Halle Berry to that list of FAB 40s!!!!!!!

I think it's a combination of the two.I remember Nia talking years ago about her healthy eating habits so I know that she is careful about what goes into her body.
I'm sure her genes come into play at some point too!

I think it is health and genes. This is motivation to continue eating right and working out. Women like Nia, show us all that beauty can be ageless.
