This diffuser is the best that I have ever used, and I've used many a diffuser. For the first time, my hair is completely dry down to the roots before I leave the house. I have never been able to dry down to the roots with a diffuser before. The Set It Free product is actually really amazing and holds the curl, gives it sheen and IS NOT CRUNCHY at all. I hate gels and sprays that make my hair hard to maintain the shape of the curl. The product is amazing and I will definitely purchase it once my lil bottle that came with the diffuser is close to finished. I am still figuring out how to use the diffuser optimally so there were little patches that were frizzier than the rest but only a couple and due to my being a novice. I think my hair is about to be shiny fully and well defined on a regular basis. Thanks Mischo Beauty!
