I LIVE for bright summer nail colors- neons included. And so I can't believe that I'm just now sharing
Milani's Neon Nail Lacquer collection and it's August! The colors are beautiful and the color payoff is
worth the price. What I love most about the Milani brand is that the store displays are always neat and stocked (not sure if the drugstore or a Milani representative is responsible for that?) - which makes them easy to shop!
