My reader Andrea alerted me to the fact that L'Oreal's HIP Jelly Balms were "buy one get one free" at CVS. She picked up Plush and Savory and said she liked them. So I dashed over to the CVS near me to find that they were all sold out. I picked up a raincheck, and as I was browsing around Milani's Pink Pop nail polish caught my eye. I haven't worn flourescent nail polish in years and I thought this would be fun. It's very cute on, but I'm seriously over nail polish that takes more than two coats to achieve a perfect finish!

Those Jelly Balms are seriously the best thing ever. I am in looove with them. And I'm diggin' that Milani color too. But I can understand the frustration with HAVING to apply a second coat. Grrr...have a great upcoming week!
I have yet to buy those Jelly Balms...I hate lip gloss/balm in a jar but I may just go ahead and purchase them! :)
As for the Milani, I just got hooked on the eyeshadow...haven't tried anything else yet but I want to! That pink looks SO cute on you..I know it wouldn't look so good on me, lol!

have you tried polishes by Nicole? i absolutely love them & exclusively use Essie for lighter & sheer colors & Nicole for anything else with more pigment. two coats is all you need to get the exact color that is in the bottle. and no chipping!

The nail polish was the very first Milani product I've tried... Their displays in CVS are always so huge that you can't help but stop to look! LOL!

I love my jelly balms and I got plush and savory too!! so cute and pretty. My walgreens has them. holla if you need a pick up.
I've seen that color polish on the Milani display but have ignored it because they have wack quality polishes. The best thing Milani ever made in my opinion are those Shimmer Stripes palettes.
I didn't even know Milani made nailpolish! That color looks nice with your skintone :)
