What's your least favorite spa treatment?



I had to ask this question after sharing with you all yesterday, the fact that I hate body scrub treatments at spas. So now it's your turn to share!

So my question for you today is: What's your least favorite spa treatment?

    I am not a fan of the body scrub either. Although the end results are great, there is nothing like weird plastic underwear and I am always freezing for some reason. I also can't sit still, so laying under the showers is hell...

    I feel kind of like a jerk for talking about how terrible it is to get a body scrub,lol.

    Definitely a body scrub. Especially salt scrubs. Painful!

    I had one with a vichy shower, it was horrible. I felt like I was in a car wash.

    The worst had to be a seaweed wrap. I was slathered in something that resembled cold pea soup then wrapped in a foil-like material and left on a table under a heat lamp to "cook" for 40 minutes. The attendant didn't return once. It did nothing for me, I was totally uncomfortable, overheated, paid $ 140 and I smelled like a vegetable gone bad! BTW - this was at a world class spa. So, beware of any treatment that includes the word "wrap".

    @Mindy, I agree with you. Seaweed wraps make me feel less relaxed than when I got to the spa!! It was one and done for me.
