I gave myself a pedicure a few days ago and I'm in love with OPI's "Charged Up Cherry"- so much so, that I had to post about it! I'd been wearing OPI's "Atomic Orange", which I think is hot, but I'm in love with this new color. It's part of the "Brights by OPI" collection and it's a hot pink with a little orange, and a little red in it. The image I've included really doesn't do it justice! Since it's summer, I've been changing the nail polish on my toes every week, but I love this color so much that I think I may need to give it more time to be shown off!What nail polish color are you wearing at the moment?
I'm rocking Essie Escapades on my toes-clear on my nails now.
ReplyDeleteat the moment, its OPI's Kyoto Pearl. In the bottle, it looks like a white with a bit of shimmer, but when i put it on it was completely silver ! I was a little dissapointed - i really like having white nails - but the color is nice.

ReplyDeleteTo Martha: I just "googled" Kyoto Pearl and it looks like a nice color...but I can understand your disappointment if you were expecting something else. Have you tried Chanel's White Satin?

ReplyDeleteThe color on my toes is Misa Cosmetics Paradise Sands, its the perfect neutral that goes with everything.

I am a manicurist and if your looking for the perfect white color also try Essie Waltz and Zoya Adel. Kyoto Pearl is kinda of a old lady color.

ReplyDeleteright now i'm wearing (i know i'll screw up the name) mimosa for mr. and mrs., one of the pale white/neutral with the slightest tinge of pink... i usually like to go a little out there with my nail colors, but being in a conservative environment i leave either my hands or toes neutral... lately it's been my toes. i think it's easier to wear bold colors on your hands, than to be in your suit and pearls and have green or blue toes poking through (cuz i can't let go of peep toes in the summer) LOL

ReplyDeleteI got the color from a nail salon in Columbia Mall but have been trying to find a store that carries the entire line. This is a good line of polish it doesn't chip fast. And you know I have tried almost all of them.
